Explore the state of your body and mind with a One on One Ayurvedic Consultation to address your overall health and well-being, including personal diet and simply daily routine recommendations.

As your guide, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory life's events and experiences. 

Your personalized program will radically improve your overall health and happiness. Learning throughout the program ways to balance your emotional connection to others. Together, we will explore your concerns and discover the tools you need for a peaceful daily routine.


We will meet In Person or Virtually for 45 minutes once a week for 6 weeks.

Classes are created for each individual and what your body needs in that particular day.

Breath- Each time you take a yogic breath while in a posture, you do two things: 
You increase blood flow and pressure in one part of the body and you decrease it on another.
Like squeezing the water out of a wet towel, this is precisely what happens to all tissue in the body during yoga, causing emotional healing and clarity among many other benefits.


Cardiovascular Health-
Yoga reduces adrenaline and cortisol in the body by returning it to a physically stress-free state, making us less susceptable to illness and more prone to vitality.


Human Connection-
Every time you practice yoga, you have the chance to claim part of yourself that you don't always have easy access to. It may be physical, mental or emotional, but the process of integration is quickened by practicing yoga.
