Sometimes we are the carriers of our own medicine, but we also sometimes need help to know how to listen and where to find it.
Yoga & Wellness Session
Yoga & Wellness sessions are based on individuality, bringing ourselves back to our human needs, to release the by-products caused by the radically changed world that started last year, causing unshakable turbulence. How are you now? unsettle? still feeling lost? resentful that your life was forced to shift? I understand it very well, I felt it too.
Perhaps you feel good but not 100% yet, either way I am here to help you.
Let's work together and bring back the inner self that is waiting to return and feel open, free and uplifted. I can help you find ways to nourish your Divine Self in ways that will feel good for you and everything you do.
We'll create a map for this special journey you are about to embark.
30 min during the session will be for your yoga practice, something gentle, restorative or it can also be a rigorous flow to meet your needs in that particular day and 30 min for your health and wellness.
Not all sessions will be the same!
We will have the entire studio to ourselves, physical distancing will be practice and face covering is required at arrival and when leaving.
Yoga One on One
These sessions are for anyone who is looking to explore yoga and the extraordinary benefits of enjoyment to a better understanding about postures, breathing exercises, alingnment & restoration of the self.
You may access all of it through yoga.
Class is created for each individual and what your body needs in that particular day. How you are feeling and how to alleviate discomforts of the heart and mind.
All of us carry a desire for a better way, a hope that we will feel better today than the day before. We cherish the notion that life can improve from what it's now the new norm.
